What users are saying

1. Now, that dlink doesnt work with new browsers, theres ZERO WAY to access recordings.Needs update for Android 9 [Edit] When I upgraded to Android 9, I opened the app and it stated that the Android version was not supported.

2. If you want to watch another recorded clip, you need to double click the video screen and return to all four cameras, then start over by selecting the cam you want to view a recording for.

3. I just opened it again almost a month later and it seems to be working fine, even though there has been no update. Not optimized for Android 9.0 all that appears is a blank gray screen whenever I open the app.

4. States it is outdated with no updates available.... Never worked properly (could not view any records) even when it did "work" a few years ago.Could it be possible an upgrade to the app? It does not work at all.

5. It is possible to playback videos by going to the screen where you select time and day, then view the video.

6. No wonder it does not work with any browsers!Playback of recorded videos is problematic.

7. The screen is completely blank.Still waiting for the app update for Android version 9.

8. If you attempt to just switch from one recorded video to the next by using the date picker within a recorded video clip, it wont load the newly selected video.

9. S9 galaxy connected to same network or wireless provider makes no difference.Doesnt work at all anymore.

10. It never supported or looking at recorded video, in spite of being specifivally named for interacting with their NVR.

11. The D-Link NVR app keeps warning but this version is not made for this version of Android and to check for updates.
