Why should I report an Issue with Star Wars?

It just hardly ever works...It is amazing, especially the force trainer thing, but I only wish there was an infinite mode for it, so you could just go against the Droid forever until you decide to stop, and also a mode that keeps it in front of you for if your in a car or airplane, add those and i will give five stars, other than that, it's an amazing app.Cool idea, but it doesn't really deliver.

2. Should of spent more time on the app than the book because the book's primary feature literally doesn't work because there is no seperate app or button.

3. It is entirely lackluster compared to the star wars mobile website, and it doesn't have to take up download space on your phone.

4. And make selfie screen much bigger, even I can't see me, how can others do? And if we want to switch dark side to light side or vice-versa in force training, it changes to side where we were last time.

5. Now I can't even stay in that app longer than 20 seconds what it gives me a message about my signal being jammed...a reference from Star Wars A New Hope.Tbh I'm only giving this a one star to catch people's attention.

6. Needs to have some bugs fixed.The only somewhat useful feature on the star wars app is the news feature which can also be accessed on the website.

7. The selfie part is really fun to play around with... However, after clicking save and it saying it's saved to my device, the pictures are NOT saved to my phone.

8. Would rate higher if it wasn't for one problem: when I try to download the emojis they don't show up ANYWHERE in my gallery or my file manager, I can't find them anywhere.

9. So I tried to share the pictures and nothing popped up even after clicking the button a few times.

10. Took a few pictures with the baby Yoda sticker, saved each one to my gallery, lo and behold the pictures were NOT there.

11. The problem is about 90 percent of the time it doesn't work.

1. Fix Star Wars Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Star Wars: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Star Wars App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Star Wars" » Open Star Wars » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Star Wars » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Star Wars app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Star Wars servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Star Wars" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Star Wars app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Star Wars might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Star Wars. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Star Wars then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Star Wars not working

2. Fix Star Wars Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Star Wars be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Star Wars not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Star Wars may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
