1. None of the other streaming apps have ever given me trouble, only this one.I had such a horrible time trying to watch one movie on demand connected to my Chromecast.

2. Just fix this app!!!Horrible.... this app does not work... I can see all the shows but any time I try to stream on my phone it pulls up the video and just buffers.

3. Found a good series and it has been a horrible experience the entire time since I installed the app! I have to select each episode-no autoplay! It's been freezing up and greying out the cast button.

9. The pause and go for the ads does not run smoothly, causing the video to randomly rewind or fast forward when the ads are finished, and then it won't let you rewind or fast forward to the appropriate time.

10. Commercial breaks every five minutes at blaring volume, with the same two ads every time.

11. Once the timer has expired, it shows a split second if the movie and flips BACK to freaking ads! You can't be serious.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Free Issues

1. Fix Free Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Free: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Free App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Free" » Open Freeform - Movies & TV Shows » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Free » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Freeform - Movies & TV Shows app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Free servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Freeform - Movies & TV Shows" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Free app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Free might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Free. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Free then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Free not working


2. Fix Free Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Free be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Free not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Free may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
