1. Edit: Then say "for Galaxy watch 4" in the name in the same way a PS game says Playstation on the cover.Still Can't download to Samsung watch to use for geocaching watch is Samsung galaxy watchUsed to be a good app, but now I can't even use it anymore.

2. Also, arrow is on the bottom of the watch screen (odd place for it) and is frequently obscured by the settings tab which is also at the bottom.I'm still looking for the ultimate caching app.

3. This would be more helpful if the watch displayed miles instead of kilometers (I set the main app to do this but it does not change the watch).

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix WearGo Issues

1. Fix WearGo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart WearGo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the WearGo App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WearGo" » Open WearGo - Geocaching Wear OS » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WearGo » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear WearGo - Geocaching Wear OS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WearGo servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WearGo - Geocaching Wear OS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check WearGo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WearGo might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall WearGo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WearGo then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WearGo not working


2. Fix WearGo Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WearGo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WearGo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WearGo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
