1. Needless to say, it did not process probably because it couldn't figure out where I actually was.This app sucks...back button doesn't function, trying to go to different parts of the menu, won't go anywhere, it just doesn't work, I have to shut the app down and restart it if I want to look at another menu item...are all of Denny's systems down right now??? I've tried the website on my PC and my phone as well and those also don't work, you go to the site to select a locations, won't pull anything, try to look at the menu and that page is blank.Malfunctions. Did NOT allow me to check out.
2. The nearest restaurants doesn't show when I want it, when I do select a restaurant the whole screen shifts to the left leaving the other half of the screen white, my debit/credit doesn't save for future usage.
3. It was a bit slow but no problem when I wanted to place a pick up order.The rewards option no longer works! Used to be able to get a discount, but no options are available to choose from.
4. The only images I can get are the main one with the logo, a drop menu to select what I want to do, my account information, and some slightly different views of a map marking all locations in my area.
5. I Still Love Danny's!I'm able to make & edit an account, it's accurate in mapping my location, and I was able to select a specific Denny's location.
6. The menu does not want to load properly, always getting stuck when I click on the different categories.
7. every time you click on bag to finish order, it takes you to your account and makes you log in won't go anywhere.
8. It has almost become useless at this point since everytime you try to place an order it won't allow it.
9. When every other food place seems to be on point with accurate menus and ease of ordering.
10. It won't show a menu or begin an order.
11. lo and behold: it charged the card but did not send the order to the restaurant.
I placed an order through Denny's app.on June 17. About 10-15mins after, I got a text from Doordash saying they went to Denny's to pick up my order and were told that someone already picked up my DELIVERY order, which was bullshit. I tried calling the store over and over, no one bothered to answer, then my order was cancelled yet they still kept the charge and I've tried every possible way to get them to give me my refund and they have yet to respond back. I need my money back!!
Please delete my account in full in compliance with the rules of 1. Under GDPR and Under CCPA , also if non compliance there will be A $7,500 fine under CCPA and 4% of annual turnover under GDPR. Thank you!
