Why should I report an Issue with GayCupid - Gay Dating App?

1. Avoid.I like it alot but you what would be cool? If I would stop accidentally pressing *show interest* A cool feature would be something that would allow me to cancel...Nothing but a site full of Scammers from the Philippines, Africa, Central and South America.

2. Total waste of time and only an idiot would pay to message a scammer a thousand miles away.Paid for a year's subscription but a message appears on the app stating the site is closing down.

3. When I tried refreshing it, the entire conversation has gone even the profile of that person.it's been one hours and more I keep logging in creating my account but this app doesn't accept my all entries.

4. Side note a screen kept popping up every 2 seconds saying the certification isn't vaild.I would have given it five stars because its a very good app but what has stopped me is this.

5. Why ? Am uninstalling itthe app loads whenever i had multiple chats andmost of the time, it doesnt respond immediately to my prompt or command.

10. I don't understand why it's happening to me.If you want to talk to guys from the Philippines then this is the app for you.

1. Fix GayCupid Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GayCupid: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GayCupid App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GayCupid" » Open GayCupid - Gay Dating App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GayCupid » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GayCupid - Gay Dating App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GayCupid servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GayCupid - Gay Dating App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GayCupid app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GayCupid might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GayCupid. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GayCupid then reinstall.

3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GayCupid may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
