1. 😊 But it's been better than another app I have subscribed too.Having to spend $30 a month just to even see any messages much less respond to them is absolutely ridiculous! Giving them 1 star i just put 5 so they wouldn't bury the review.Absolute garbage app.

2. What a waste of time.Can't even make an account I get a connection error on second page no matter what signal I have or what location I'm in trying to access the app.There are a lot more people on here than the first time I tried this app.

3. The whole interface is easy to navigate and lots of relevant profile questions is injected to give a good detail of who you are or who your future partner is.

4. The app itself seems really outdated, and on top of that after you fill everything out and get started you find out you can't even open or send messages without a membership.

5. Waste of time.Well, so far so good it's a really nice app still in need of improvement.

6. Unfortunately unlike other apps that I still use though less frequently, this app doesn't let matched profiles send free messages to each other, you still have to subscribe.

7. Spent a lot of time fleshing out profile, verified email, profile was immediately terminated.

8. I paid the month membership for that by mistake, plus the extortion for "extra".

9. The staff are very good about taking reports of abuse very seriously, and have been quick to respond.

10. Trying to cancel me getting charged every month and trying to get a refund.

1. Fix BBWCupid Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BBWCupid: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BBWCupid App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BBWCupid" » Open BBWCupid: BBW Dating Plus Size » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BBWCupid » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BBWCupid: BBW Dating Plus Size app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BBWCupid servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BBWCupid: BBW Dating Plus Size" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BBWCupid app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BBWCupid might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BBWCupid. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BBWCupid then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BBWCupid not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BBWCupid be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BBWCupid not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BBWCupid may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
