It's very inconsistent, one moment it's showing a show, next thing you realize it goes off, and takes a longer time before it comes back.It used to be very nice but nowadays it's been very bad... keeps stopping, going off even sometimes the stations won't come , goes blank... you need to do something about it From yesterday 16th November , Max TV is not showing on my application.. the pictures are blank, I can only hear thel sound but the pictures are not showing... I paid my subscription yesterday 2 12 2021 but cannot watch.

2. Thanks for designing such a good app.Amazing app, it gives me access to all my favorite channels, TV shows etc anywhere anytime but one problem is the network, keeps buffering all the time please work on that.

3. Kindly add TV3 expecially and other channels to it pleaseVery poor I was watching the Euro 2020 on Wednesday evening using my subscription, all of a sudden it stopped showing and started buffering, it buffered till the end of the match, my subscription expired without I using even 30% of it.

4. the channels too are too small, the likes of TV3, Metro TV and other free to air channels can not be find.It is very very good app, you can enjoy it nicely if there is network there, but the subscribtion is too much.

5. When you subscribe you still need data for it to function, as if that is not enough, after subscribtion, it wouldn't work when you try using data from different network either than the one you subscribe with.

6. There no sense in this.Always buffering,and the most annoying part is you accept and paid to watch,then nothing appear for you to watch whiles you are eager to watch your favorite novela,please work on it.

7. Also if you can add more channels to the other ones I think it will also be good, especially channels where we can watch champions league, Europa league etc.

8. Still the same, stable network,just paid to watch, while watching it will go back and ask you to subscribe again.

9. Sometimes after the subscription it will still tell you to subscribe and when trying to do so I will get message that shows I have already subscribed but still can't use it.

10. i have subscibe to the ghc5 package more than 5 to 6 times but the channels are not stable to watch.

11. Please you should really work on this,it's annoying just wasting my money without watching anything.The videos take long to play and it's very challenging to operate most of the time please do something about it.

1. Fix 2С TV Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart 2С TV: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 2С TV App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "2С TV" » Open 2С TV » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 2С TV » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 2С TV app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 2С TV servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "2С TV" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 2С TV app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 2С TV might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall 2С TV. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 2С TV then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 2С TV not working

2. Fix 2С TV Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make 2С TV be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to 2С TV not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, 2С TV may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
