1. 5/5.Great app! My only complaint would be the abundance of English channels, since I'm using this predominantly to learn Spanish but otherwise, GREAT! I make it clear that there are also Spanish channels, enough that I keep the app downloaded, but I'm just mentioning the English channels for reference.Some stations work sometimes emailed the operators and they reckon spectrum FM fine so still not working must be me I think it's spectrum that's the problem as when using over internet in house seems to just stop workingI live in Ireland.

1. Fix ES Radio Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ES Radio: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ES Radio App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ES Radio" » Open ES Radio - Spanish Radios » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ES Radio » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ES Radio - Spanish Radios app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ES Radio servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ES Radio - Spanish Radios" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ES Radio app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ES Radio might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ES Radio. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ES Radio then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ES Radio not working

2. Fix ES Radio Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ES Radio be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ES Radio not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ES Radio may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
