1. But I don't.I purchased the 2x boost, apparently only on my phone (as your devices don't actually link, & are considered completely separate in terms of purchases, even though you sync them with the same email) and now Cryptotab is not mining anything on my phone.

2. I can't stand behind the phone app until the developers can get it working for me.If you run any platform other than windows you can just throw this in the trash.. the mobile mining so so super snail like slow it will only frustrate you.

3. I'll review to 5 Stars when I get settled.My PC profile and mobile profile doesn't seem to be in sync as my active miners on PC never shows up.

4. But cryptotab browser is an excellent great development.I love CryptoTab! Oh yeah! BUT it has never run on my mobile after several downloads.

5. But if you run Windows download and enjoy its easy one button set up and it will mine consistently.The concept is great but the reality needs improvement.

6. In the free version it has to be restarted every two hours, only to make about $.01 during that time.

7. The only thing I feel bad about the mining is the hourly time frame.

8. It's not transportable to new devices so when I lost my phone, I also lost my hard-earned crypto.

9. I have 3 devices running and can figure out why it doesn't show 3 active devices.

10. I crave speed and ease, and so far .. I will reconsider my rating if and when I get my first payout.An absolute great inventions.

11. My main issue with the CryptoTab browser is it that it takes forever to load new pages.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix CryptoTab Browser Issues

1. Fix CryptoTab Browser Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart CryptoTab Browser: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the CryptoTab Browser App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CryptoTab Browser" » Open CryptoTab Browser » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CryptoTab Browser » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear CryptoTab Browser app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CryptoTab Browser servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CryptoTab Browser" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check CryptoTab Browser app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CryptoTab Browser might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall CryptoTab Browser. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CryptoTab Browser then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CryptoTab Browser not working


2. Fix CryptoTab Browser Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CryptoTab Browser be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CryptoTab Browser not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CryptoTab Browser may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Account blocked for the 2nd time this year right after purchaseing cloud boost agaian!!
    Keeps saying blocked do to distribution methods..

    habe schon vor einigen Monaten Ihnen eine Nachricht geschickt, dass Ihr PayPal versucht bei mir 1,99€ für ein ABO abzubuchen, leider treten Ihrer seit Probleme auf, so das mein Paypal die Zahlung nicht abbuchen kann.
    (Nach mehreren erfolglosen Versuchen ist die Zahlung im Einzugsverfahren mittlerweile überfällig. Bitte wenden Sie sich an CryptoCompany OU, um Ihren ausstehenden Betrag zu begleichen.)
