1. Imagine unlocking while you’re waiting in line or at work, and there’s already a beautiful photo gallery waiting to help you relax and escape the grind.
2. Or maybe, for you, it’ll be local events that’ll make you look forward to your downtime, or just the top headlines in news, sports or entertainment to stay informed.
3. Imagine unlocking in the morning, and the weather is already there.
4. What if every phone unlock made your day just a little better?
5. We call them “smart” phones; shouldn’t we expect more from them?
6. Get more from those little moments in between, when you unlock your phone.
1. It does provide a lot of good information and and news items, but they are interspaced with too many ads and a lot of things that to me are junk, or just plain garbage.Annoying doesn't even cover it! BUT I THINK I have fixed it: Go to settings, then apps and notifications; then when the new page shows, click notifications.
2. Also, the settings button is useless because it just brings us to the play store, can't even change to dark mode which would be an improvement for the app because the white background is pretty jarring with all of the empty screen space there is on the app.App probably is good for some people, but for me, this app is a nuisance.
3. It's always running in the background.Annoying. I understand that Cricket wants it's preinstalled software to be used, but don't force us to use see it every time we enter our phone please.
4. And to find out it's using 4 and a half gigs of data when I'm not even half way through the month? What the hell? Do better Kricket. It's intrusive and the fact that is hard or impossible to "hide" because it is preinstalled on the phone makes it even more annoying.
5. It pops up EVERY time you unlock your phone and fills your screen, no matter what you actually want to do with the device you paid for.
6. It'll show the apps on top & below that, click on notifications-it brings you to a list of app names w/ sliding switches to turn on or off.
7. Pops up every time phone is opened and app has to be closed before you can answer a call or do anything else.
8. Haven't seen a pop-up from theSCOOP since.Cricket Wireless will not allow this to be uninstalled, and reactivates it after every (mandatory) system upgrade.
9. Then the scoop shouldn't pop up againThis application comes preinstalled on phones as a subscriber to Cricket.
10. Cricket Wireless and its parent company, AT&T should be ashamed.I enjoy the different news that you have.
11. It's an alternative revenue stream (contains ads) for the carrier at the expense of its users' time and sanity.
