Why should I report an Issue with MoArt: Story & Video Maker?

1. Worst app on play store.It's superb app, awesome but need more development,I am looking for such a wonderful app for reels,shorts,thank you!! Keep Going 😊If you are a person who loves minimalistic designs and videos, them go for it.. The app mostly has those templates where there is clear white background but the pictures move in different ways, so there are variations to it and you can select how many pictures you want to add in the template.

2. Why can't it shows the end part of the Reel?all templates have this "please update to the latest version" I JUST downloaded it from Playstore!! ••EDIT•• Downloaded again and still same issue.It takes forever to load gallery to select photo and you can't change the order of photos without starting over.

3. Doesn't save, despite subscription!Waste of money! I get the Pro version of this app, after that I can only use the templates for videos and can't use templates for photos anymore.

4. Everything looks good except that after posting on IG, it shows the blank view of the Story (the beginning part) on the account's homepage (the page that shows all previous feeds).

5. Very frustrating app...should have read more reviews before buying subscription.How I'm I supposed to update the app if there is no update option? I pay for this every month for these kind of problems.

6. It would be nice if I could choose my own length to the video and I wish I able to change when I want certain words to display.

7. They have in app purchases too, but they haven't mentioned if it is monthly or yearly subscription.I PAID TO REMOVE ADS BUT THE APP STILL HAS ADS!!!Lots of advertisements and pup ups.

1. Fix MoArt Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MoArt: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MoArt App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MoArt" » Open MoArt: Story & Video Maker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MoArt » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MoArt: Story & Video Maker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MoArt servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MoArt: Story & Video Maker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MoArt app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MoArt might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MoArt. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MoArt then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MoArt not working

2. Fix MoArt Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MoArt be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MoArt not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MoArt may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
