1. If these minor issues are fixed it will be by far the best app and well worth the price. The content is fantastic, and it's exactly what I want, but the app is beyond terrible! Very slow to load, videos frequently do not play, search doesn't bring up results when you type then directly in, you can't save or make lists of favorites in the mobile app.
2. I watch on my Roku at home and after EVERY episode of EVERY show it exits the app completely to the Roku home screen and when you go back in you have to exit again and go back in a 3rd time to get back to the "My List" to watch the next episode of your favorite shows.
3. I have to find the show I wish to watch by doing a search if it isn't in the "continue watching" list.
4. No personal list to add shows to, no download option to watch shows off line and the categorical system could use some work.
5. On top of that, the service lacks a lot of the shows I was hoping to find from back when The History Channel was actually good. The content is quality however the app itself could use some upgrades.
6. No access to your list across devices; no ability to download for offline viewing; app freezes if left open and tablet goes into standby and the only way to resume is to close and relaunch.
7. My first couple times using the app I thought the app froze on the banner but it's a loading screen, add loading animationThis works great on Roku but on my tablet it is lacking.
8. But the content is great, tons of shows, can keep you occupied for months.
9. I'm using an android app on my tablet. No auto play for watching series, e.g. Modern Marvels.
10. If you're watching a series, you can watch one video, and it won't play the next without having to restart it and try about 4 times.
11. It's too bad because the shows are great, but the apps are junk.I absolutely love documentaries.
