1. it's only going to get better! Who doesn't want a discount on places they already shop! Steve RottierTHIS is AWESOME!!! They have so many merchants and many more to come!!! I was able to get an already on sale item, join the store's reward program (which took away another 5% and shipping charges) and CrayPay gave me instant savings at checkout!!! I only paid $5.49 on what was originally a $15 purchase! STACKABLE SAVINGS!!!! Customer support was QUICK and very friendly! EASY TO USE! The ONLY thing that would make this app EVEN BETTER, is if we could load previously bought gift cards into the appAmazing app and great customer service.

2. Sucks cuz the Cashback would have been greatAbsolutely terrific! After a couple of connectivity issues, (such wonderful customer service to remedy the problems), it worked seemlessly! I love the secure feature of not physically using any of my credit info.

3. Looking forward to $Dash being added! Keep it up!It works! Why not save a little in places you shop already? I like the location based search and the ability to copy the gift card numbers for online payment.

4. Understandable, except when I went to use CrayPay later that day using my standard card loaded in, the app refused, stating I was still pending approval! So looks like in this case it did not distinguish between the cards.

5. Great to use so far but just encountered a bug! I had a digital prepaid credit card I wanted to add as a payment possibility.

6. It doesn't get better than this😊I don't want to give a bad review but I downloaded the app and tried to register for an account but all I get is a spinning wheel that does nothing.

7. The app is so fast now and smoothly running.I have been very impressed with the quick response from customer service.

8. Once I got it to download I did get it to work, first time I used it it took awhile, it worked great.

9. After 3 weeks got an email stating verification was done and when I'm going to buy, it goes back to waiting verification.

1. Fix CrayPay Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CrayPay: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CrayPay App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CrayPay" » Open CrayPay » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CrayPay » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CrayPay app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CrayPay servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CrayPay" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CrayPay app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CrayPay might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CrayPay. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CrayPay then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CrayPay not working

2. Fix CrayPay Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CrayPay be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CrayPay not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CrayPay may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
