Why should I report an Issue with ScratchVision?

1. If I want to listen to a podcast on SV I have to stay in the app and not do anything else on my phone.Everytime start listening to app after 5-6 it just stop playing and app closebeen a dj Scratch fan for years , this is convenient for me !!!! I'm 51yrs old hip-hop came a long way , from search for your mix tape and more importantly clear sounds no commercials .

2. just have to always keep the screen on to hear the mix play.If i come out of the app with the music still playing, it sounds broken but as soon as i go back into the app alls fine.

3. can only give a 3 because the app is flawed for mobile usage (GS9 running android 9) phone screen needs to be on, with app open on it for music to play.

4. You can lose track of only seeing the "date" of the mixOne of the baddest, the most inspirational , innovative DeeJay I have ever seen and had the pleasure to listen to and mimic!!!I love dj scratch and his art, especially the tributes.

5. The app does however stop playing music unexpectedly.Wonderful app! Lots of dj sessions to listen to.

6. when screen times out even though music is still playing sound degrades.

1. Fix ScratchVision Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ScratchVision: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ScratchVision App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ScratchVision" » Open ScratchVision » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ScratchVision » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ScratchVision app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ScratchVision servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ScratchVision" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ScratchVision app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ScratchVision might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ScratchVision. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ScratchVision then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ScratchVision not working

2. Fix ScratchVision Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ScratchVision be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ScratchVision not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ScratchVision may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
