1. I choose canvera during my sister marriage which took less time to download and also it show photo in full screen mode I hope the eAlbum will work on it and make modifications in itCan have access to album anytime, anywhere without worrying about the storage and downloads.

2. Doesnt fit pictures right on frame.After getting Album Access code I open the album it took time to download which I doesn't like The photo are not shown in full screen mode I have to zoom it to bring in full screen mode.

3. There are many in built video status can be easily use and we can make our videos with amazing effects and music.No Doubt it's good App to Just view album.. However we don't have option to DOWNLOAD it ! What's the meaning without Downloading option.

4. It would be grate if there is an option to download the "Story" videoAmazing app for album view and also superb video status making app.

1. Fix eAlbum Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart eAlbum: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the eAlbum App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "eAlbum" » Open eAlbum » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for eAlbum » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear eAlbum app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from eAlbum servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "eAlbum" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check eAlbum app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, eAlbum might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall eAlbum. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall eAlbum then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing eAlbum not working

2. Fix eAlbum Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make eAlbum be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to eAlbum not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, eAlbum may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
