Why should I report an Issue with Clozemaster: Expand Vocabulary?

Also, there are instances where the gender of the speaker is not specified and thus there are two possible correct answers, but the app chooses the feminine gender automatically.clozemaster has a lot of really nice features and is great for working on vocabulary, but i really can't recommend it because it's very possibly the most frustrating piece of software i've ever used.

2. However, more than once I have attempted the Mandarin sentences and it has not given Clozemaster's chosen answer as an option, making it impossible to give the correct answer.

4. There is an option to download sets, and there is an "offline mode," but the kicker is you can't actually enter offline mode unless you have an internet connection - the entire UI is blank except for a "reload" button if you start without an internet connection.

5. Also, whenever I attempt to submit an error report, the error reporting system has an error and won't submit it.Definitely the largest amount of sentences to practice of any app I ever used with the largest range of context.

8. I'm looking forward to using this app more I would like to suggest that when offering multiple choice options for a fill in the blank, that all the options be the same person and part of speech.

9. in any given session i'll run into several sentences that are translated incorrectly, don't contain the word it's asking for, or just kind of paraphrase the translation.

10. You hear a lot of sentences of varyng complexity in colloquial usage by different speakers, coming at you as fast as you can handle.

1. Fix Clozemaster Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Clozemaster: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Clozemaster App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Clozemaster" » Open Clozemaster: Expand Vocabulary » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Clozemaster » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Clozemaster: Expand Vocabulary app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Clozemaster servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Clozemaster: Expand Vocabulary" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Clozemaster app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Clozemaster might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Clozemaster. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Clozemaster then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Clozemaster not working

2. Fix Clozemaster Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Clozemaster be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Clozemaster not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Clozemaster may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
