1. I had to create a user name, password, verify my email, verify phone number, create a passcode, activate biometrics, and add credit card payment all before I could even get gas.

2. It's as if they are not handling exceptions well or tied everything to a server which is not responding as fast as it should.Stopped using the app since it never worked at the fuel pump sended emails/reported but nothing changed in a whole year.

3. they just stole $15.00. But is easy, i will just do a charge back to my credit card, for fraud.It's a must... really! Also if you authorize a larger amount but buy less gas, they charge for the less amount.

4. I wish I could give it 5 stars, unfortunately most of the Puma station managers have scratched lines through the QR codes (although the codes still work) and disabled the app functionality, so the app becomes useless.

5. Love that I can get gas without having to go inside the store, leave a card or cash, come out to fill up, and back in again to pay! Skip lines! Makes driving in the islands much easier and quicker! Have never had a problem with payments.

1. Fix Puma FastPay Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Puma FastPay: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Puma FastPay App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Puma FastPay" » Open Puma FastPay » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Puma FastPay » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Puma FastPay app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Puma FastPay servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Puma FastPay" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Puma FastPay app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Puma FastPay might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Puma FastPay. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Puma FastPay then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Puma FastPay not working

2. Fix Puma FastPay Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Puma FastPay be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Puma FastPay not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Puma FastPay may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
