1. Uninstalling and reinstalling won't do anything.This app doesn't work properly, l made a payment but it never updated the information on system, a month later l got a notification that l haven't paid the bill & l got a crazy high bill, it's slow & so damn badUpdates are bullcrap.
2. It offers to email a receipt but only to select email providers (?!) and the email never arrives even when an acceptable email address is given.Useless. What's the point of making an app that won't even let you sign in? It keeps saying "There was a problem, please try again later".
3. If connected to mobile data, it will consume your airtime if you have any.
4. Edit: I received a quick and not-boilerplate reply addressing my concerns and pointing me to a new version, so +1 star for that and I'll give it another try.
5. -------------- Is a complicated mess to navigate and use, the app is sluggish, and will eat your airtime if you are not careful.
6. Gives contradictory instructions to connect to or disconnect from mobile data.
7. Frequently shows out of date account information and requires repeated manual updating.
8. If you have no airtime, you can connect at no cost, but as soon as you buy airtime the app will consume it.
9. There should be an option to bypass the update, this way the user can quickly purchase a new plan and then complete the update.
10. Does not accept international credit or debit cards.
11. Those cards that are accepted are not remembered for the next purchase.
