1. The watch is beautiful, and loaded with useful features, speculially if you are a pilot...looks are incredible, also, and fitting is confortable... Only Cons are the fitting of the band (that involves taking the latch cutting of the band and replacement, and the lack of an illumination system that can show you the while face, and not just the small windows that show just limited information. The app is OK.
2. Lastly tried to enter the case number and it still wouldn't work or recognize the watch.
3. I do not call 25 minutes of "watch face scan didn't work, try again?" a breeze🙄🤷🏻 ♀️ Fix app!Watch is great, app is not! Registering my watch was WAY more difficult than it should have been.
4. I had to try at least 20 different times to register the watch with model, serial number, case number, whatever the other number was, and pictures of the front and back of the watch.
5. It's impossible to scan back of [woman's] watch for registration...seriously? It's stainless steel, reflective and with a closed-type band (clasp open, but stays connected-type band).
6. That's 4 years now! Rolex' are arcane junk compared to this unit! You have to fiddle with it daily to try to keep it on the correct time.App was a little clunky, I clicked to send the email authorization code, got the email, clicked the "Activate Account" link in the email, and the app didn't do anything.
7. Will update my review once the watch is repaired and I can set it up and wear it.Couldn't get the scan feature to work.
8. The watch has never been off by any discernable amount in the past 3 years and it sets itself, which is a major improvement over having to set a watch manually.
9. The watch works great, just figured I'd try the app since it suggested it in the box. This app is not very user-friendly, half the links in the help section don't function and this app is supposed to make registration a breeze.
10. The watch scanning feature doesn't work.
11. Tried to enter in model and serial number, wouldn't work.
