Why should I report an Issue with ChordChord: Progression Genera?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of ChordChord to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Just thoroughly disappointing!I liked this app greatly, since I used it and saved the time I was spending thinking about at Chords and at the same time, I learned to play well and became aware of the most used Chords and keys , there are some other features You need to pay to use it, but that is not a difference, the app is great if you use it alongside Your DAW.

2. There are better options out there that are less buggy and will produce more usable progressions.often overwrites other saved progressions the saving system is very,, , touchy and even when I completely close and reopen the app to start on something new and attempt to save, it saves it over one of my existing progressions instead of a new one, and I only have 2 saved right now so it's not a lack of save space either.

3. There are better ones that aren't misleading like this one.Produces the same 5 progressions on randomizer (none of which have any realation to whats being used in music today), once you hit the shuffle button you no longer can change key and have to restart app and change key before shuffling again.

4. Could you guys please add the guitar chords on there, maybe you could have an option to switch the piano look to four guitar chord tabs? I'm not the best with remembering chords, and that would definitely help.

5. I hope there are some updates and additions, such as musical instruments and drums and option to record vocals during playing the chords to test them with vocals.I'm very satisfied with the app.

6. I probably wouldn't mind subscribing if you guys were upfront about, but you made me think that I'd be able to access the other settings just by logging in to my Facebook or Google account when in fact, it wouldn't do a thing.

7. where did my third one go?Really great tool for quickly finding interesting chord progressions outside of the ones that you're normally familiar with.

8. But, I would like it if I could record or download the chords that I made on the app, without buying the premium addition.

9. last night when I saved and left I had 3 saved progressions, but upon opening the app today I only have 2.

1. Fix ChordChord Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ChordChord: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ChordChord App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ChordChord" » Open ChordChord: Progression Genera » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ChordChord » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ChordChord: Progression Genera app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ChordChord servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ChordChord: Progression Genera" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ChordChord app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ChordChord might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ChordChord. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ChordChord then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ChordChord not working

2. Fix ChordChord Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ChordChord be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ChordChord not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ChordChord may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
