1. Chordbot is a music app that lets you create and play complex chord progressions quickly and easily. * Experiment with advanced chord progressions without instruments or fingering charts. * Create customisable backing tracks for instrument practice sessions. * Rearrange new or existing songs with different instruments and comping patterns. * Experiment with music theory without having to master an instrument first. * Hit play.
2. This is the full version of Chordbot with all features enabled.
3. There is also a free evaluation version (Chordbot Lite) with disabled save/export features that you could/should try before buying this version. See chordbot. com for more information and audio demos.
1. For example, an A minor triad with an E in the bass should be Am/E or Amin/E but the app shows A/E Min which can be very confusing.Great way to create backing tracks with whatever chord progression you want with slow tempo for beginners.
2. Chordbot immediately came up with an awesome chord progression, so I tweaked all the instruments just right, added drums and bass, then realized "hey this sounds awfully familiar".
3. It's just like the guitar sound's on a cheap keyboard.I wish it still had a dark interface--a theme option would be awesome--but ChordBot is still my favorite progression building app.
4. For example, you build a song with 10 sections and each section is different, you save it but upon opening it again, the song will have the arrangement from one section applied to all 10 sections thus losing all the work you did.
5. Then click a button that "populates" that to the song page.I got this when I didn't think inversions mattered and didn't know modal music existed.
6. You get to choose your tempo, time signature, song key, instruments, reverb and instrument playing style.
7. One issue I have found with more elaborate arrangements is that when I export as midi and attempt to import in FL Studio Mobile, the files are corrupted.
8. Unlike most others, it offers multutracked instrumentation so that I dont have to just try to imagine how a piece might sound played by anything other than a piano.
9. Make any song with any chord, any scale, any tempo in a flash.
10. Then you have options to increase or decrease the number of bars in each change, copy/paste sections or add changes however you want.
11. There are piano, drumbs, synth, bass, and some effects sounds.
