1. You take a picture then scan it with the app but first you choose what language you are translating.WORST APP EVER!!! I take a pic of some text and it takes a lot of time to load the text and when it does load it shows wrong.

2. It takes about 10 to 12 minutes to start up and there are ads at every touch and when I translate language it take too much time and does not work properly.

3. It doesn't work as they say it does, in fact it can only take a picture which takes several minutes to do so.

4. Such A complete waste of time 😏😏Unusable, 4 banner ads while its loading up, followed by another full screen ad, it immediately opens the menu to ask you to rate it.

5. For example I took a pic of welcome text first it changed into well com I deleted that and I wrote welcome in text box it shows welcome in hindi.

6. And I mean they were right after the other! I couldn't even click anything to get started! Finally able to use it, the camera scanner is awful.

7. 5 minutes in, and I'm unable to use it at all.6 ads that I could not skip popped up before I could even access the camera, even after I did, translation was inaccurate.

8. After all that it does nothing with translating with camera like the advertisement shows.

9. I could give it a zero star rating I would but I have to read it as some sort of star.8 ads before I even get to the main screen hen another ad after each feature I click on.

10. I tried scanning a full sentence and all it gave me were percentages of random words that didn't even connect (Object 90%, Confidence 60%, Amazing 30%, etc).

11. Absolute waste of time, it's just bots that made this rating over 4.

1. Fix Translate Offline Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Translate Offline: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Translate Offline App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Translate Offline" » Open Translate Offline - Speech, Text Camera Translator » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Translate Offline » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Translate Offline - Speech, Text Camera Translator app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Translate Offline servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Translate Offline - Speech, Text Camera Translator" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Translate Offline app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Translate Offline might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Translate Offline. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Translate Offline then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Translate Offline not working

2. Fix Translate Offline Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Translate Offline be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Translate Offline not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Translate Offline may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
