1. !!!!!!Very disappointed, tried everything to make this app work from various different sources.. I paid £12.99 for this and to be honest it let me download 6 sound effects but after that everytime I tried after that it just keeps force closing not what I would expect from an expensive paid for app ! I would like a refund please ..unless you can help me sort out this issue of course ..The UI is not so intuitive as app has a lot of features.

2. Can I have some help from one of your technicians??AVOID AVOID AVOID.......Frustrating.....unable to add further music files.

3. What I would like to see most is a fader control control so I can fade the jingle or music.Bought this App last year to use and I have never been able to use it.

4. Kinda want my money back now.Works pretty well for what I need it for, but it is buggy to a fault sometimes, and mostly I am just very disappointed that I paid for this app and they stopped putting out updates for it.Very easy to use.

5. But since last week, the app is not working as usual...the layout only runs in portrait mode not landscape (android tablet) wich make´s it impossible to use.

7. Managed to add about 12 music files on initial setup.

9. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!The free version worked just fine but the pro version crashes as soon as I try to upload an audio file.

10. I've being using this app / software for 4 years, and it's the best for live radio shows, launch sequences live and more.

11. Needs a Tutorial on how to add your jingles from various sources.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix i-jingle pro Issues

1. Fix i-jingle pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart i-jingle pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the i-jingle pro App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "i-jingle pro" » Open i-jingle pro » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for i-jingle pro » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear i-jingle pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from i-jingle pro servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "i-jingle pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check i-jingle pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, i-jingle pro might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall i-jingle pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall i-jingle pro then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing i-jingle pro not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make i-jingle pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.

  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, i-jingle pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
