Why should I report an Issue with DDPAI?

1. With latest updates phones gps needs to be turned on all time! I buy camera with gps so i dont need it on the phone! Every 2 months camera stops recording and corupts memory card.Need to reformat it to work again.problem is, you dont know your camera is not working!This is not reliable!!! No way to turn of "Hello Ding Ding Pai" sound at the start of camera.Dislike your new update for collision sensitivity (Mini 5 4K UHD).

2. I'm just saying, I never got a response from the developer , never get an answer on the phone, it's lame, but the camera doesn't suck!Build Quality is good, design is excellent, video quality is very good.

3. Even though the app has been close on the phone, the physical cam still say App is connected.1. Wifi connection with dash cam will be disconnected when phone screen is timeout/minimized during downloading recorded videos.

4. Wifi disconnects after every minute or two.Takes 5-10seconds to MANUALY reconnect app with camera EVERY TIME.

5. A stop/play button and forward/reverse button features are required for video preview.It takes a long time to down load to the mobile.

6. Others could benefit from reading the other reviews, and go into your devices settings and modify or acknowledge that you understand there is no internet connected to this wifi, and you don't care.

7. And while downloading videos from application it also increases for 5 to 10 min continues video.The app works as it suppose to be but there a few important issues to address 1.

8. But one major drawback is device stores videos 1 min duration and using app we may get only 3 min video.

9. Need to upgrade software for selection of the stored video duration.

10. This alone is enough for me to not buy another Ddpai dashcam unless this is improved.Bluetooth - On Wifi - On Problems - Solved for 99% of the users on here.

11. Unlike before, it's better option than the latest one (June 1 '23) it's too much sensitivity even hitting on small pathole n bumper... Hope u guys fix it.

1. Fix DDPAI Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DDPAI: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DDPAI App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DDPAI" » Open DDPAI » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DDPAI » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DDPAI app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DDPAI servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DDPAI" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DDPAI app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DDPAI might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DDPAI. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DDPAI then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DDPAI not working

2. Fix DDPAI Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DDPAI be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DDPAI not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DDPAI may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
