2. Please open free access for AT LEAST PREMIUM USERS!!!I had subscribed to byjus premium a year ago, and now as they've released this new feature/app, I'm unable to access it, to access this feature, I need to pay additional sum of money to byjus.

3. I think many students are facing this type of problem.I am a premium user and registered in BYJU'S but still I could not "Log In".

4. After logging in it is not showing as successful login and is showing unable to login, I used a strong wifi connection but it is showing same problem, I uninstalled and install the app again but the same problem again repeated.

1. Fix Think and Learn | Tutor+ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Think and Learn | Tutor+: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Think and Learn | Tutor+ App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Think and Learn | Tutor+" » Open Think and Learn | Tutor+ » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Think and Learn | Tutor+ » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Think and Learn | Tutor+ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Think and Learn | Tutor+ servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Think and Learn | Tutor+" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Think and Learn | Tutor+ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Think and Learn | Tutor+ might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Think and Learn | Tutor+. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Think and Learn | Tutor+ then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Think and Learn | Tutor+ not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Think and Learn | Tutor+ be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
