I do hope I gain some sort of a reaponse and not have my voice silenced here.Super cool app not gonna lie, needs a custom option for audio though, i make my own cover arts for music, and i have to use another app to connect my audio, but thats my purpose for this app, instagram lovers....your in for a treat😉 Worth the download for sure, thumbs up.please fix everytime i load a video after editing the track the screen says width or height is zero.

2. what does this mean, the video and effect sre not showing and the music plays when i hit the back buttonAlmost great but lacks some features such as adding text, it would be great if we'll be able to add text to express our idealistic minds! :)I love this app, but there seems to be an update where the groovo water mark is on the videos created.

3. Am I missing something bc that wasn't there before...or there was a paid version to remove the watermark? I won't use it with the watermark.I reaallllyyy like it the edits are cool and the stickers are way better than the other apps but it keeps crashing and that's very frustrating and disappointing.when I go to press on the little stickers/images only the first 5 or so pop up and non of the others load.Please could you fix this as I would love to see them as it's an amazing app so far.

4. Overall this is nice apps i really loved itId really appreciate if I could get some help using this app, I had purchased the yearly subscription but decided to ask for a refund yesterday due to this app not living up to what it portrays in the images.

5. Also, hoping there will be an added function to help you search for videos to help fit the mood of your track.

6. The effects could time up to the music a bit better, and I would also like to choose different parts of my tracks to create videos to, but the app limits you to a randomly chosen spot.

7. It stays on the home screen where you choose the photos and your track, and nothing appears except for the search for a track icon.

8. It constantly stays loading yet NOTHING APPEARS!!! this was my favorite app 😭 😩 sincerely disappointed 😞 I will be uninstalling with a broken 💔I dont know what happened.

1. Fix Groovo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Groovo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Groovo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Groovo" » Open Groovo: Video Effects & Glitch » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Groovo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Groovo: Video Effects & Glitch app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Groovo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Groovo: Video Effects & Glitch" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Groovo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Groovo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Groovo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Groovo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Groovo not working

2. Fix Groovo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Groovo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Groovo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Groovo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
