1. I want DNS settings to be permanent and over mobile and all wifi's.I heard about this app from Gadget Hacks, because I'm sick and tired of pop up ads and those new ads that appear as a cartoon character in a bubble floating across the screen, waiting for you to click on it.
2. Also had to agree to a lot of tracking and indefinite storage of user data and internet usage data that is described in many pages of agreement legalese which only an attorney would be able to understand.
3. I was having a lot of trouble with slow connections and browsing with Comcast's DNS servers, and since Android doesn't let you change settings, I tried this app to switch to OpenDNS.
4. Prevention of user data collection is one of the primary reasons a person would want to use a DNS changer in the first place.
5. Would like the option to autostart..... helps block some ads.So far so good I have some sort of dns poisoning with tons of malware that keeps coming back after factory reset.
6. What's coming up when I install the app looks nothing like what the tutorial shows.I have paid for the VIP subscription and the ads disappeared for about two months.
7. While looking for a way to fix this I came accross a site that suggested this app & I am so glad i ⁷did! I'd probably still b trying to figure it out if i hadn't found this app.
8. Data transfer speeds are about the same, but the slowness came from long DNS resolution times, which this app solved.
9. In Google play the subscription is show to be valid, the app is showing only free status hence.. Ads, ads, ads.
10. Showing fake cross so when you press, it brings you to sites that you don't want to see.
11. Several emails to the developer, zero answers.I understand the need for adverts, so that's no real issue.
