Why should I report an Issue with Brainscape: Smarter Flashcards?

2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Brainscape to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

One capability I would like to see added is an option to permanently set all decks in a class to continuous study with the option to notify me and end the deck review when I have completed all the cards with a 5 confidence levelI've been using Brainscape for a little over three years now and it has gotten me through SO many tests and subjects.

I think it would be nice to have a toggle that allows us to default to edit or study, so that when we click the deck it goes to what we need, instead of having to go in to the deck settings every time to edit.The app helped me memorizing, but it has several errors in the answers and plenty of typos.

4. For example, the ability to review ten cards at a time, review certain decks together or separately, as well as a general card count of the deck as you review the cards.

5. The algorithm really helps make sure I can focus on cards that I'm struggling with and I like being able to monitor my progress both within the deck and in the overviews of each class.

6. One thing I would have liked to see in pro version would be the ability to make tables and graphs directly on the cards rather than having to just paste in photos.

7. I've had no trouble making note cards from a Latin dictionary, in short this is my favorite app for learning.The functionality is good up to a point.

8. The other BIG thing thing I would like to see in both free and pro version is the ability to flip the question and answer card within each deck.

9. the only issue I keep running in to is that I'm often trying to edit and add more cards but instead it goes to study mode.

10. I would have liked to be able to make a note to myself on the flashcards noting the correct answers but there is no option to make notes.The point of flashcards is memorization and this app was designed around that goal.

11. I'm bummed you have to subscribe to access further features (like adding photos or images/diagrams to cards) i would rather have to purchase the app or pay a one-time fee based on the level of access I'm looking for, or even have to watch adds after every 15-20 flashcards you go through.

1. Fix Brainscape Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Brainscape: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Brainscape App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Brainscape" » Open Brainscape: Smarter Flashcards » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Brainscape » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Brainscape: Smarter Flashcards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Brainscape servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Brainscape: Smarter Flashcards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Brainscape app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Brainscape might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Brainscape. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Brainscape then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Brainscape not working

2. Fix Brainscape Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Brainscape be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Brainscape not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Brainscape may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
