Why should I report an Issue with 12min: Book Summaries & Ideas?

1. If you have specific books in mind to listen to, you are going to be disappointedLove the 12min summaries! It provides a great way to review which books I want to take a deeper dive into.

2. Some of the summaries are great, but others have NUMEROUS spelling and grammar errors making them nearly impossible to get through.Update It sure works like it's supposed to now.

3. App seems to break if you download a books audio for listening in areas with unreliable, or overly slow, data.

4. But these are small quibbles for a great service!Wonderful idea but needs time and improvement.

5. Lastly, with regards to suggesting books, the Android "copy/paste" buttons do not appear, which are useful in pasting long titles, links, etc.

6. It seriously needs a "Contact Us" button, it needs more genres and categories (I was hoping for more History), and the "Wishlist' page appears to have more information beneath the "Send" button, but the information isn't accessible through scrolling.

7. As long as I choose from the limited amount of book summaries this app is great.

8. Blinkist works so much seamlessly though.I really like the app and its great quality contents but it has some serious drawbacks.

9. Some of the narrations are a bit off like the person reading just needs to do a couple more read throughs before recording.

10. It does not stop in the middle of reading anymore, like it's lost connection to wifi .

1. Fix 12min Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart 12min: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 12min App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "12min" » Open 12min: Book Summaries & Ideas » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 12min » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 12min: Book Summaries & Ideas app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 12min servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "12min: Book Summaries & Ideas" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 12min app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 12min might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall 12min. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 12min then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 12min not working

2. Fix 12min Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make 12min be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to 12min not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, 12min may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
