1. I just don't understand why, if it says I'm in Mexico I should be able to watch!!!! So frustratingPoor content, although you can watch live content from Golden, Edge, unicable and TDN, some times you get disconnected, should cost half it's price, considering there are better alternatives.Live TV buffers a lot even stops playing all together even streaming any show buffers and no other app that I use does that so I would say it's not a matter if my internet speed or broadbandIf I could rate this app a 0 stars I would! Blim TV app is the worst.

2. And I don't mean the same show over and over.. It's like watching instant replay constantly while I'm just trying to watch a game..Poor streaming service, video looks VHS quality.

3. It doesn't even let me register because it says it is an invalid country code? Then why even have an app available to download in the US if it doesn't even work?! Totally worthless app DO NOT DOWNLOAD!You cannot retake your series from the last chapter you watched, you have to serch for it again.

4. the roku app is a completly mess, hated it.I like the app but I really hate that the live sport channels always annoyingly loop the same thing over and over again.

5. Also, with no different accounts you cannot watch the same show that some one else is already watching.

6. their biggest library isn't avaible, like all pedro infante, el santo or Cantinflas, there are more than 80 movies from each of those artists.

7. It would be good if Blim create users for each account, as Netflix does.Good evening.

8. subtitles and dubs aren't avaible, even for more modern movies.

9. They need to bump to higher quality (HD) speeds and also have DVR service.

1. Fix blimtv Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart blimtv: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the blimtv App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "blimtv" » Open blimtv: tv, novelas y más » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for blimtv » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear blimtv: tv, novelas y más app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from blimtv servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "blimtv: tv, novelas y más" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check blimtv app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, blimtv might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall blimtv. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall blimtv then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing blimtv not working

2. Fix blimtv Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make blimtv be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to blimtv not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, blimtv may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
