1. In the last round of a long tournament day, my phone typically dies unless I charged it during the day.The timer stopped working in the middle of my round!!! I had to ask my judge to time and, since I could keep track of how long I was talking for, I ran out of time in my last speech.

1. Fix NSDA Debate Timer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart NSDA Debate Timer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the NSDA Debate Timer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NSDA Debate Timer" » Open NSDA Debate Timer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NSDA Debate Timer » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear NSDA Debate Timer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NSDA Debate Timer servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NSDA Debate Timer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check NSDA Debate Timer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NSDA Debate Timer might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall NSDA Debate Timer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NSDA Debate Timer then reinstall.
