1. Needs work!....update from when I downloaded app: I now get notifications for the high schools in the area but nothing on the school where my child goes although I choose to get notification of only one school! This app is no good fix it please! I have changed my opinion bc this app will not allow me to add my other daughter and I have tried and the schools are not helping!Doesn't allow all the features shown on PC on Droid.

2. One day has my students listed and the next it does not.The app says to pick a school but doesn't stay on that school plus for notifications of school delays and closings there's no messages, however I get calls from the county to tell me the school is closed or delay.

3. Always too slow on announcing closings and delays also can't access calendar now can't access breakfast and lunch menusDifficult if not impossible to find needed information.

4. Just like every other Blackboard app I've used.Info never updates and I still have to use the individual apps for parentvue, transportation and meal account balances.Crashed when attempted to login.

5. Is there a way for this to have a 1 time sign in for each family to access their profile various icons and the info for their child?Too hard to use and too slow.

1. Fix Staf Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Staf: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Staf App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Staf" » Open Stafford County PS » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Staf » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Stafford County PS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Staf servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Stafford County PS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Staf app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Staf might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Staf. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Staf then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Staf not working

2. Fix Staf Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Staf be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Staf not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Staf may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
