I have very strong internet connection still it's not openingI'm not able to log in since so many days after I installed the app It's continuously showing slow internet connection when I've checked various times that the connection is good all the time but for this app it isn't working pls help me out with thisGot to know that the app is not in use anymore.. but don't see any official information about the same anywhere.. also the app stopped working.. why to keep people in dark and not telling what is actually happeningYour app is not working since long.

2. Horrible experienceThis app used to be so good when i joined newly to few courses but now i am not able to check any previous courses and the app says "something went wrong" i am even not able to reach any supportThe experience for the course was great.

3. Please fix this issue since I want to join the classes.Classes experience are good but app is creating trouble, now a days I am unable to open though I already reinstall it again .

4. And my app is updated to latest version but before the app was updated, it used to timeout before also but the session progress remained intact but now it is resetting everytime and that is not good on my end.

5. Kindly fix the issue.I'm unable to create an account as it shows server timeout, in spite of trying multiple times and reinstalling the app.

6. Please fix this.I am not able to open the application,as I have purchased few classes am not able to view those.

7. The only thing I feel which needs improvement is when we are watching a recorded session, the screen will timeout and all the recording progress will be reset.

1. Fix BitClass Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BitClass: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BitClass App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BitClass" » Open BitClass - Online Classes » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BitClass » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BitClass - Online Classes app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BitClass servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BitClass - Online Classes" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BitClass app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BitClass might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BitClass. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BitClass then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BitClass not working

2. Fix BitClass Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BitClass be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BitClass not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BitClass may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
