1. However if you call the operator, they will immediately sent a confirmation of the available taxi - what's the point of having an app then? It should be for convenient and hassle free however it's terribly useless! Another issue, some of the operators are rude; when you called to inquire why the app is not working they will keep transferring you on the other operators which you will need to repeat yourselfLately, the app has been performing very poorly.

2. The application does not open.Can't use app after update, stuck on rate driver and can't closeI had a fight with 2 drivers because: the app crashed and didn't leave any trace of a booked drive so I asked again.
