1. It worked well prior to this, my only complaint then was that it wasn't updated on weekends or holidays.Not the greatest, keeps shutting down when I'm on a news story! Goes blank and I have to keep going back, open it up, scroll and find the news I was reading, then it goes blank again, repeat reopen, I usually get frustrated and quit.I downloaded the app but doesn't seem to let me watch the previous news broadcast.Your news broadcast always says" find more information on our website".

6. I find the installed weather app to be more accurate than what i dig out of this one.For the past two months or so, the app has stopped working when I select a story.

7. This one is full of ads, national news is jumbled with local, and never updates over the weekend.

8. It isnt a useful way to keep up anymore, its more bloatware than news app.

9. It's too confusing to find things compared to before.

10. Previous version was more user friendly and loaded at a decent clip.

11. All those ads and flashy layouts bog down the loading time to a crawl even with a good connection.

1. Restart WWNY 7News: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WWNY 7News App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WWNY 7News" » Open WWNY 7News » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WWNY 7News » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WWNY 7News app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WWNY 7News servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WWNY 7News" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WWNY 7News app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WWNY 7News might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WWNY 7News. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WWNY 7News then reinstall.
