BikeFinder Customer Insights

1. Hope I never have to use it to track my stolen bike, but if I do I'm confident it would do the trick.Connecting tracker to subscription doesn't work, you need to contact customer support for that.

2. (not the bike, you.) The good parts - It accurately shows where your bike is and the battery life is incredible.

3. Constantly tells me my bike has missing information, but adding an image of the bike doesn't work, as it says "something went wrong".

4. When I want to check where my sons bike is and it shows my bike only and no way to check where his is.

5. Would be great if it shows a history too beings it's a tracker where it only shows it's last registered location.

6. Not sure what to make of the GPS part though, it doesn't seem to trigger when I move my bike from my house and park in the bike garage.

7. Also gets confused between devices when it shows his bike with me instead of mine.

8. So it will constantly show a random point on your last trip when you park your bike.

9. My tracker says my bike is on the next block where I am.

10. The history is also confusing.I can't add the pictures so I can't add the bike information.

11. In normal mode it doesn't even report the last location you stopped, since it only pings every 10 minutes.
