I can still use it to help me as a writer, they've got a good list of competitions, opportunities and ideas for you to look at.It's utterly ridiculous that I have to pay for articles when I already pay monthly for the magazine, I thought that this would be a nice app to gain some inspiration from but it's nearly unusable without paying.** does anyone know if any potential ways around the payment ? Some kind of promo ?Have yet to even get to enjoy this app due to not having access to my card for payment , however I am super interested in this app and all the many things i can tell are optional.

As a brand new app you need to allow users to try it out properly before extracting payment, not because we are wary of the source but because we need to be sure that the app itself is a useful and fully searchable presentation of the information we can access otherwise in hardcopy.As a long-time subscriber to Writing Magazine, this great App is a brilliant companion.

3. it's fair enough as it's from the magazine but state this on the page rather than just saying "in app purchases" the entire content in a purchaseI'm only using the free version, so I can't access the articles, but it's been pretty good so far.

4. There is plenty to help the writer on their journey and I particularly like being able to choose categories which will ensure I see the aspects of writing most important to me.

5. I have a writers online subscription but the app simply will not process my subscription details to give me the unlimited access I have paid for in my subscription.

3. Clear The Writer's App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from The Writer's App servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "The Writer's App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check The Writer's App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, The Writer's App might not work.
