1. I highly recommended not wasting your time and just looking for a different app.I paid for this app... what happened?! Now it's absolute trash! How do you go from hundreds of options to something a kindergartener wouldn't even use??? I'm using the latest Samsung 10" tablet, so can't really blame an old or outdated product either.

2. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!This has to be the worst drawing app ever, the best one was drawcast , but only the Apple's version of it was the greatest until they updated it and then it became trash.Childish definitely not Pro.

4. The apple version is great but the drawing widget that comes pre-installed on my tablet is better for art then this version.

1. Fix Sketch Book Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sketch Book Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sketch Book Pro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sketch Book Pro" » Open Sketch Book Pro - Draw, Sketch » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sketch Book Pro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sketch Book Pro - Draw, Sketch app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sketch Book Pro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sketch Book Pro - Draw, Sketch" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sketch Book Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sketch Book Pro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sketch Book Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sketch Book Pro then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sketch Book Pro not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sketch Book Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sketch Book Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sketch Book Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
