Why should I report an Issue with Art Camera -Cartoon,Pen Sketch?

1. At first I thought there were not a lot of free filters but then when I started playing with the app more I saw how many free filters there really are! I was really surprised with how many nifty filters there are in this app! I definitely like that you can make your own collage using pictures that you take right away instead of taking pictures &going back to add them to a premade collage.It makes the collage more unique&around the object you're trying to display.Does not give you all features.

2. I would definitely recommend this app above all other apps!!!This app does not open readily and instantly asks you to upgrade for premium features for $9.99. In order to get past the screen, you must agree to upgrade and then go back to the previous screen to get to the included filters.

3. I understand economics, but it seems dishonest to claim your app is free or has free features or free for a trial, when in reality every thing you touch requires buying a premium upgrade? Coersion is not the way to get my money.

4. A lot of the other apps that are like this one don't provide as many filters for video and picture so this one definitely stands out above the others.

5. I'm still experimenting but I find the cartoon one awesome and sometimes it turns into a whole different imagine but I can keep the image if I like it or delete it, all the while keeping my original photo in tact.

6. If you try to use a premium feature, it asks you to upgrade or watch a "reward video" first.

7. Plus I asked a programming acquaintance to look into the code; long story short... let's just say... use a junk, unactivated phone (without service) for this one.This is a nice app, no pesky intrusive ads and the system seems nice and easy.

8. You can combine SOME filters & styles (obviously not all will be compatible) to achieve more than the standard effects.

9. Also, the app will not let you advance until you rate it...so you asked for it..and here it is.The filters that come standard are good.

10. I like the different filters that you can use and the other effects when layering are very useful as well.

11. But it opens randomly if I am scrolling through other apps, or even just watching a Facebook video.

1. Fix Art Camera Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Art Camera: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Art Camera App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Art Camera" » Open Art Camera -Cartoon,Pen Sketch » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Art Camera » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Art Camera -Cartoon,Pen Sketch app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Art Camera servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Art Camera -Cartoon,Pen Sketch" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Art Camera app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Art Camera might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Art Camera. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Art Camera then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Art Camera not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Art Camera be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
