1. Now I have to start over to attempt to make it to the end to keep the streakI'm not happy with the new format!! There's only one retro item! I liked the old way that you've done retro video where there were a lot more things to learn from the past, I also miss the song from the past, I would test my husband knowledge of post songs(he loves trivia & music so he usually got the artist & song).

4. it seems every other photo app constantly tries to put them in order of some way thats their choice, by facial recognition or by "pets" or "vacation pictures".

1. Fix Timehop Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Timehop: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Timehop App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Timehop" » Open Timehop - Memories Then & Now » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Timehop » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Timehop - Memories Then & Now app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Timehop servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Timehop - Memories Then & Now" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Timehop app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Timehop might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Timehop. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Timehop then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Timehop not working

2. Fix Timehop Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Timehop be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Timehop not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Timehop may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
