Why should I report an Issue with IslamOne - Quran & Hadith App?

1. The second issue is that I want to make some sura favorite to easily find them as I read them every evening, but this option is not available.. I wrote a message to the developer a few days ago but have not received any response yet.Your app Islam one is great.

2. Thanks!السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ ٱللَّهِ وَبَرَكاتُهُ Sir I want to say that the audio sometimes takes too long time to play in Quran section even with 5g internet speed,,just because of this problem I am not using this app & using Islam 360 whose audio plays without any disturbance.

3. Mistake like in place of Raziallaho anho it is written Raziallaho anha #Seerah Baab 17Jazak Allah.. In my opinion there should have been a choice to give 10 stars, because I have not found any another app to cover almost every topic of Islamic knowledge in single application.

4. The solution i think is to add checkboxes to the collections so whenever i add something to my collection i just need to tick the relevant checkbox.A very good effort I wanted to give 5 stars, but I find it a bit difficult to use.

1. Fix IslamOne Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart IslamOne: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the IslamOne App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "IslamOne" » Open IslamOne - Quran & Hadith App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for IslamOne » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear IslamOne - Quran & Hadith App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from IslamOne servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "IslamOne - Quran & Hadith App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check IslamOne app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, IslamOne might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall IslamOne. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall IslamOne then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing IslamOne not working

2. Fix IslamOne Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make IslamOne be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to IslamOne not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, IslamOne may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
