Why should I report an Issue with Learn Dutch - Speak Dutch?

1. You need to have baid subscription to unlock many lessons which is annoying, because it's going to force me to buy it, while I don't have the money for it, so it's annoying to keep showing me the paid subscription options every time I finish I free lesson or try to check one of the locked lessons.

2. Categories got repetitive fast and needed more depth to maintain a useful learning experience.I switched to Mondly after feeling I wasn't making good progress on Duolingo or Babbel.

3. I haven't been using it for long so I am not sure how the experience will be the further I go, but so far super good.It jumps right to more complicated words higher than the level of absolute beginner, doesn't help especially for the people who have no previous knowledge in germanic languages.

4. i see complaints about there not being enough in the free version, but it costs money and time to keep an app like this running effectively so i don't mind paying.I like how interactive and user-friendly this app is.

5. * Plus You can click the verb and see past and future forms for different subjects ( I, he, she, it, we, they...) It repeats the words after finishing lesson and you can quickly see what examples in each lessons.

7. Why have past, present and "zal/zult/zullen" future tense? I would find the past perfect conjugations A LOT useful, since they are not easy to remember.the app seems to be ok.

8. I don't think you're going to become a fluent conversationalist with this method, but it's useful for absorbing some basic vocab and phrases and more useful in this respect than silly Duolingo.

9. It's better not to keep showing me the locked lessens and remind me of the paid subscription options.

10. My only issue is using the record feature... When I press and hold the microphone button to speak, the app simply ends and throws me back into my phone's main screen.

1. Fix Learn Dutch Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Learn Dutch: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Learn Dutch App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Learn Dutch" » Open Learn Dutch - Speak Dutch » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Learn Dutch » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Learn Dutch - Speak Dutch app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Learn Dutch servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Learn Dutch - Speak Dutch" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Learn Dutch app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Learn Dutch might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Learn Dutch. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Learn Dutch then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Learn Dutch not working

2. Fix Learn Dutch Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Learn Dutch be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Learn Dutch not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Learn Dutch may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
