1. Also, when it runs it's weekly scan, it keeps turning off location to save battery, but I need it to run to be able to locate my phone if misplaced, and for certain apps that require it.This is a phenomenal tool for troubleshooting your phone for network and actual phone problems.
2. They managed to fix one problem remotely and while in the end I am being sent a replacement phone, it was great never having to go to a physical store.The app used to be fantastic! Just recently added are voice prompts that encourage you to text instead of phone.

9. In the past 1 1/2 years the 'live phone call' Button became next to Impossible to actually talk to a live Human.
10. The voice prompts asks twice for you to enjoy the texting experience! Sometimes it even hangs up while you're waiting to get back to the phone aspect.
11. It gives periodic red alerts for major scams, email vulnerabilities to avoid, and first response type of ai which seems to know which devices may be affected by certain vulnerabilities.
