Why should I report an Issue with AstroSoul: Astro Palm Reader?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Appmaking LTD to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. maybe make sure your app actually works before publishing it.Total waste of time.. I have even subscribed and after reading my palm, the screen is stuck for 15 minitues literally.. useless useless.. no answers, keep loading, giving a astrology data based on hopes only, astrology has nothing to do in real life.. it only by Allah, who is the real and only God.Nope. Nope.

2. !SCAM ALERT! I suggest u check out their negitive reviews &look for forced subscriptions, complaints of credit card hacking, ignoring subsctiption cancelations & cc charges w/out permission! The subscription scheme looks like the one in the scammy "Picture This" famly of products.

3. If your someone who doesn't pay for apps, don't download this app! It's pretty useless & apps like these that say "FREE DOWNLOADING" scam you since you have to subscribe to do anything.

4. This app has many features & as a matter of fact it has so many features that I could look at the features of all of the other astrology apps that I've ever downloaded & combined them & there still wouldn't be as many features as there are in this app.

5. An ad filled "free-to-play" version should be instituted where you get more content per adsDoes absolutely nothing, just tells me to take a picture of my palms, but there aren't any other options.

6. It would be better if it was just an ad (cuz im used to that), and not a, "must buy to play." I do not want to pay just so i can have my palm read once.opens to a screen full of stars and literally nothing else.

7. I honestly hate these kind of apps, & judging by other people's reviews, this app is bad for other reasons as well.

8. Installed 06/16/2023, Ran Once, saw subscription scam, closed app, reviewed, then uninstalled same day.

1. Fix AstroSoul Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AstroSoul: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AstroSoul App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AstroSoul" » Open AstroSoul: Astro Palm Reader » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AstroSoul » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AstroSoul: Astro Palm Reader app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AstroSoul servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AstroSoul: Astro Palm Reader" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AstroSoul app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AstroSoul might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AstroSoul. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AstroSoul then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AstroSoul not working

2. Fix AstroSoul Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AstroSoul be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AstroSoul not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AstroSoul may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
