Astroline Customer Insights

1. The marketing team really should re-think their strategy.Well first off it asks for your DOB so whilst trying to enter that you have to skip from the current date month by month for however many years, I mean how hard would a year drop down box be to add? Then to start the "free" trial you have to subscribe and enter payment options, now a "free" trial might get people interested if they could try without commitment, people may actually subscribe and pay if they like it, however the price is also ridiculous! It's a NO from me!I was bored as hell sliding through Instagram stories when an ad of this app came along so I gave it shot.

2. When you cancel and even advise it was canceled and they STILL took your money AFTER you canceled somehow magically you are still not able to get a refund because to their money back policy canceling 4 days prior to being charged $19.99 (every two weeks I might add) it fails to meet their money back policy.Beware. I was curious about this app and wanted the 3 day trial.

3. I should have listened to the reviews, wouldn't even let me start the free trial and I open the app and even before I got to the main screen I had 5 different ads, each lasting 30 seconds each with no skipping, I was forced to endure 2 and a half minutes of ads.

4. Garbage.Don't waste your money on it, after taking the trial period, I got charged INR2600 a week, that is fine the 3 day trial period was over.

5. $19.99 and $9.99. Please let me know how to unsubscribe and where I can go to get a refund.You go to start up your session and the app then loads a subscription of "$84.99"/week 😱😳😨 after a 3-day trial.

6. The free version doesn't offer anything that you can't find with a simple Google search and the membership is absurdly over priced and yet doesn't offer anything special.

7. But they didn't start the trial unless you have to add your payment method.

8. Free trial means we can check rather it's that much worthy or not to pay.

9. Don't waste your precious money on this.This app is the absolute worst piece of garbage.

10. When I went back to the app, it was offering me the 3 day trial again.

11. Sure, if you do it after the palm reading and no one pays, but please think about what people want.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Astroline Issues

1. Fix Astroline Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Astroline: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Astroline App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Astroline" » Open Astroline: Zodiac & Astrology » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Astroline » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Astroline: Zodiac & Astrology app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Astroline servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Astroline: Zodiac & Astrology" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Astroline app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Astroline might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Astroline. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Astroline then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Astroline not working


2. Fix Astroline Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Astroline be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Astroline not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Astroline may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I DID NOT SUBSCRIBE for this App, all I thought I had done was get an app to get a fortune reading something I have done many times, FOR FREE!! and yet this one comes through and sais immediately that after 3days I would be hit with a billing of 77.89 every wk!!!! Which I could not afford to part with at all especially when I did NOT say I wanted this service if it were to be a paid one 😈😈 I am pretty mad at how this is done to dupe people and I want to CANCEL this Subscription and delete it for good!!! I DID NOT COBSENT to this fee!!!!

  • Hi I wish to log a complaint. I have contacted a solicitor as I am so annoyed at what has happened and wont stop until my money has been refunded which totals almost £250.00. A person under 18, my 7 old daughter has obviously hit something unbeknown to her and purchased this app. The money was taken from my paypal account which is strange as I dont believe this to be linked to my account. I had credit on my paypal account which is how the money was able to be deducted. I will open a dispute also with paypal. I have also contacted google playstore and will warn everyone on all social media platforms about this app if my money is not refunded. I want this rectified immediately or further action will be taken.

  • Hello, my daughter purchased this app Fortune Scope (GPA.3383-6836-1791-04331..0) without permission. I have contacted Google for a refund and was redirected to you. The charge went through on 1/29/2021 and today (1/31/2021) I am requesting the refund. I have cancelled the subscription and deleted my credit card information from her account to prevent this from occurring again.
