Please fix!It's okay a lot of people have shoes on there that they really don't want to trade so I don't see the point of having them on there think the fees are a little high, but overall it's okay if you just need a certain pair of sneakers and don't want to pay full price of courseUpdate* app cache must be broken, app freezes and slows to a stop after a few screens, messages almost impossible now 🤷🏾 ♂️ Secured many grails on here, only way to trade and make sure what your getting is authentic.

Things that they improve includes (1) more guidelines (like paperwork) for transactions to prevent confusion; (2) features to automatically block trade offers that are objectively/ blatantly lopsided (no incentive to accept); (3) notifications to encourage users to be more active; (4) guidelines for box/used conditionsEverytime I go on this app and I'm on it for more than like 3 mins I have to totally close the app and start over.

3. I've been sent "used" kicks which were way more beat than the photos and then had trades declined on me for something miniscule like a shoebox getting creased up in shipping or marking "replacement box" for a dustbag.

4. It's a solid idea and the app is ok but definitely needs some work.I have no complaints about the service, but the messaging feature is really buggy and slows to a crawl after exchanging a few messages.

5. Also the rules and fees need to be accessible before you start a trade.

6. I understand the need to make profit and cover shipping costs, but anywhere between $40+ to $60+ for a simple sneaker swap is borderline greed.

7. I am uncertain what happened to this time, but it really isn't a fun experience anymore.I appreciate the updates and newly added features from when this app originally launched.

8. Everytime I select a shoe I want and go to check a user who has it, the list always refreshes and starts back to the top of the list.

1. Fix Tradeblock Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Tradeblock: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Tradeblock App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tradeblock" » Open Tradeblock » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tradeblock » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tradeblock app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tradeblock servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tradeblock" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tradeblock app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tradeblock might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tradeblock. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tradeblock then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tradeblock not working

2. Fix Tradeblock Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tradeblock be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tradeblock not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tradeblock may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
