Why should I report an Issue with Video Coach - Delay Mirror?

7. Maybe it tries to do too much, maybe the author made it for personal use and happy the way it is...Updating my review since previous android updates broke the app and I found a workaround.

8. You have to clear app data (cache alone is not sufficient) each time the app is closed to trick the app so it does not crash on start.

1. Fix Video Coach Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Video Coach: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Video Coach App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Video Coach" » Open Video Coach - Delay Mirror » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Video Coach » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Video Coach - Delay Mirror app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Video Coach servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Video Coach - Delay Mirror" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Video Coach app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Video Coach might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Video Coach. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Video Coach then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Video Coach not working

2. Fix Video Coach Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Video Coach be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Video Coach not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Video Coach may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
