Why should I report an Issue with Kikko - Japanese Emoticons Kao?

1. the only thing I would have liked it as if it were a literal keyboard I'd settle for a General HUD app even though it would have been a huge pain I'm sure.I love this app! It gives easy access to cute lil faces that I personally am too lazy to make.

Definitely has the potential.I understand the whole " ads are annoying blabalbla" but with my phone once an ad pops up it only goes through three seconds and I can click the back button to get rid of it🤷 ♀️ but the faces are cute, you can save ur favorite, their are big categories like negative, positive, excited, then breaks those up into smaller groups.

Only bad part i have found is that the ads are annoying, appearing every 3 clicks, but if you pay to get them out they really do disappearOmg I absolutely love this app it's adorable and sometimes even funny all of them I favorited because, there all great and cute I wish there was more cause of how cute they are love it.

1. Fix Kikko Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Kikko: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Kikko App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kikko" » Open Kikko - Japanese Emoticons Kao » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kikko » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Kikko - Japanese Emoticons Kao app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kikko servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kikko - Japanese Emoticons Kao" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Kikko app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kikko might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Kikko. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kikko then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Kikko not working

2. Fix Kikko Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Kikko be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Kikko not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Kikko may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
