Why should I report an Issue with KeepSecurity - Antivirus?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Look at the list of complaints.I like the app and all the features! the camera detector is a bit interesting also! it pops up frequently but it's becuz I have alot of the settings on! just remember the more active the software then more heat will generate through the phone! make sure clear cache and notifications....When I was installing this app I am thinking that it would repair my phone connection (when I play any games on my mobile it becomes to hang my phone) but when I started using this app no improvement was going on in my phone.

I think this app, is very good, let's you know of a virus or scams, it just 1 of the best, if you have to pay I will go out of it, as you have a lot of security, virus scans "free"It was a good App till you went and change everything ! You should have left well enough alone ! Now I have to look for a new cleaning App !I can't say if it works? I mean, in other Anti-virus they download new versions on almost every day and they even tell you, but here it doesn't say that, however it's a bit unique because you download updates from Google Play, which helps but a short time due to some long time requires to update.

3. there just is that many features its practically an all in one securitybooster phonecleaner/preserver/protection in one app!!! im fairly impressed how quick they updated/secret camera needs secret micraphone finderhelps👍bugs within loading time please be quicker!?Works amazing it's just the ads.

4. All of the other, such as the cleaner, booster, game booster (which is nice!) and even some exclusive games(!) (requires internet), is neat, but don't seems to affect? Oh, and ads are THAT annoying, to.Another pathetic app that is not fit for purpose and keeps stopping too.

5. Maybe it doesn't work due to my having a Sony Xperia phone but I've tested hundreds of these apps and I've still to find one that actually works.

6. Your response is as pathetic as your ads are excessive.If your looking for and app that does not interfere operating while your trying to clean up junk with useless ad's don't get this app.

7. After looking at the long list of complaints, concerning Ad's l cannot change my review.

8. I'm loving the ammount of features and may even uninstall some of the new apps i recently installed and have saved ready for install on wifi.

9. It also contains deceptive ad's that will look like the control panel and cause you to mistakenly download them.

10. Immediate unistall.no ads in primium subscription is about 13$ with 24hour cancelation with no fees involved.

1. Fix KeepSecurity Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart KeepSecurity: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the KeepSecurity App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KeepSecurity" » Open KeepSecurity - Antivirus » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KeepSecurity » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear KeepSecurity - Antivirus app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KeepSecurity servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KeepSecurity - Antivirus" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check KeepSecurity app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KeepSecurity might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall KeepSecurity. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KeepSecurity then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing KeepSecurity not working

2. Fix KeepSecurity Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make KeepSecurity be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to KeepSecurity not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, KeepSecurity may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
